Kolinahr Systems automatic stacking machines are heavy-duty solutions designed for consistent stacking of unit loads. Kolinahr load stacking equipment speeds transit time and reduces labor costs associated with the use of traditional forklifts. Each machine squares the load to create straight and stable stacks resulting in increased safety and a smaller load footprint for transport and storage. Kolinahr stacking machines come in a variety of sizes and weight ratings. There are many options available including triple and quadruple stacking, slip sheets, pallet trays, and hybrid machines that stack multiple pallet sizes. All stacking machines are seismically rated and feature a ratcheting safety fall prevention mechanism.
PLS200: Pallet Lift system
The PLS200 is a pallet lift system designed to take pallets from floor level to conveyor level (or from conveyor level to floor level). The automation of this task helps to minimize damage caused by fork trucks. Unlike other pallet lift designs on the market, this machine does not require a pit to be dug for installation, or messy hydraulics that need to be maintained. The small footprint means it can be installed just about anywhere, and the perpendicular loading design puts your pallets in the optimal orientation for CDLR conveyor.
